Christy was the young lady who checked us in at the hotel extremely nice professional understanding. We had already paid for holiday Inn express and was very disappointed was told they didn't have any hot water, now have to wait to get refunded so decided to try Marriott courtyard that was near by wish I would have started here in the first place I highly recommend Marriott courtyard on miller lane dayton ohio christy made our stay great wonderful lady. I highly recommend this hotel , and Christ y she a happy lady she makes you feel welcome Hotel very clean beds comfortable and clean .

Was there for a siding presentation. Didnt get to see a whole lot of the property or rooms. The parking lot was confusing due to snow piles and work being done. The conference room was nice.
Shout out to the maintenance man, Shawn. Who happens to be on duty during our weekend stay at the Marriott, during this horrific snow storm. He was compassionate and respectful. Hard working young man who has shoveled the driveway several times, he isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and was a call away when we needed some assistance. I hope your hard work never goes unnoticed. I would recommend the Marriott here in the Dayton area to all my peers. Thank you again Shawn for making our stay here phenomenal!
Enjoyed my stay here. Great customer service from ALL! Kristy, the 2 young women on afternoon shift and night clerk very nice young man! My room was clean and the hot water in shower was pleasantly HOT! THANK YOU Courtyard North!!!! Oh, I was looking for chocolate which you all didn't have. Does need stocking all over!

Pam Delong and staff is amazing. I had my family reunion event here and she did everything she could to make me the event was great. The hotel staff is awesome and met all my needs. The king room is super deluxe with a mini fridge, microwave, safe. It has a separate bedroom . Almost like a one bedroom apartment. The place is super clean. Man , what a great experience for my family reunion. Pam even procured a breakfast buffet at a low cost for our good bye breakfast. Did I already say it’s super clean and the bistro is awesome
